30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund on any Estata subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date if you are not satisfied. No reason required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Estata purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to access your invoices.
  2. Contact Paddle support directly from that page, or
  3. Email us at accounts@dinopath.co.za and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal and will retain access until the end of the paid period. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve billing questions faster directly.
